Color Match Disclaimer
Please note that while our touch-up paints are formulated using original manufacturer codes and high-quality materials, an exact color match to your vehicle is not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to factors such as vehicle age, fading from sun exposure, surface condition, and application method. For best results, test the paint on a small inconspicuous area before full application.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to safety and shipping regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened paint products, including touch-up bottles, pens, or aerosols.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-mixed or color-matched paints (these are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold).

• Any paint products that have been opened, tested, or partially used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
